TERMS AND CONDITIONS
PORT BANNATYNE MARINA
This tariff and the following conditions should be read in conjunction with the terms and conditions of BMIF 12th Edition (Scotland) and the joint TYHA/BMIF Conditions September 2003, which will be binding on both parties. The full texts and health and safety policy document can be obtained from the Marina Reception.
All contracts are subject to availability and all fees, unless otherwise contracted, are payable in advance.
Multihull vessels may be subject to a surcharge dependent on the availability of the berth. Such surcharge is at the Marina’s discretion.
An administration charge of 10% will be applied to all casual (non-contract) charges, which are invoiced against any vessel that has left the Marina prior to settlement of dues.
All lifting, movement and storage of boats, including vehicle storage, is entirely at owner’s risk. If vehicle is to be left for more than one day, then owner should leave car keys at Reception.
Prices maybe subject to change without notice at the discretion of Port Bannatyne Marina.
Pontoon berths and moorings are allocated at the discretion of the Marina and on occasions owners maybe requested to move their boat to a different berth or mooring.
If boat owners instruct/request a private contractor to work on their boat at the Marina, the contractor must be advised to report to Reception immediately on arrival. Effective from 1 January 2009, a charge of £30 per day, per person will be payable by the contractor or the boat owner.
